Yes, you read that correctly.  We are now booking luxury home auction events for March and April.  Why so far in advance?  Because a typical campaign needs anywhere from 60 to 90 days lead time to properly market and show the home.

The first 30 days are spent gathering due diligence items as well as designing and producing high-end marketing pieces.  In addition, photos, including drone aerial video are being produced.  The next 30 days are when the bulk of the advertising and marketing takes place.  The final weeks prior to the auction are used for property tours.

So, there you have it.  If you are considering a Spring non-distressed luxury real estate auction event, it is time to start the dialogue and put a plan in place.  Let's choose an exact date and use it to force affluent, end-user buyers to a point of action, something the traditional method of sale is not able to accomplish.
